The hotel conditions
Our hotel conditions apply to all agreements entered into by us. The conditions are listed on our internet site and can be viewed at the reception.
The hotel conditions are binding for everyone who uses our services.
To start the day pleasantly and to enjoy your breakfast, we request that you:
- leave bags and backpacks in your hotel room for a while, so we keep the breakfast room spacious and clear
- not to take food and drinks (coffee/tea) from the buffet; breakfast is only intended to be eaten in the breakfast room
If a reservation for our hotel accommodation is made, either with or without breakfast, for a one or more individuals then the following applies to the cancellation of this reservation.
- In case of Cancellation more than 1 month before the Commencement Date, the Customer is not obliged to pay any money to the Hotel Establishment.
- In case of Cancellation more than 14 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 40% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
- In case of Cancellation more than 7 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 65% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
- In case of Cancellation more than 3 days before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 85% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
- In case of Cancellation more than 24 hours before the Commencement Date, the Customer is obliged to pay 100% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
- In case of no-show, the Customer is obliged to pay 100% of the Reservation Value to the Hotel Establishment.
Unfortunately, it happens that things go differently than planned! The booked holiday has to be cancelled or you have to leave home earlier than planned.
And as a big disappointment you also have to pay the cancellation cost.
Avoid disappointment and think of taking a cancellation insurance!
